Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this before you use usesscheduled.garden. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Remodel

Usesscheduled Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, tear out, build, install, plumb, wire, or repair anything. An independent provider does any work in your home. Usesscheduled Remodeling does not.

No Endorsement, No Promises

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no promises about the quality, timing, cost, or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to help in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, permits, and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering, or financial advice. Every home is different. Every remodel is different. What fits one project may not fit yours. Talk with a qualified provider about your own home.

About Costs

Any cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices change with the job, your location, your materials, and the shape of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before work starts.

Money Matters

Usesscheduled Remodeling does not offer loans, financing, or payment plans. We do not take payment for remodeling work. The provider you pick sets the payment terms. Read each contract with care before you sign it.

Stay Safe

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines, and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may have lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation, or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. If you are unsure about a material, do not cut, sand, or remove it. If you think a life or safety danger exists, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Usesscheduled Remodeling may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.
